General Orders
Each floral arrangement is designed and delivered by a professional florist. And while we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to seasonal and regional conditions. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

• United States: Orders received before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day.
• Canada: Orders can be delivered the same day if they are received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
• Orders received after the above times will be delivered the following day.
• Sunday deliveries are not available. Orders received for delivery on Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
• Prior to holidays we will post specific delivery schedules.
• Order cancellation requests must be received by 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on the day of delivery.

Local Deliveries

• Local same day deliveries:  Orders must be submitted by 2 p.m. pacific standard time, orders will be scheduled for delivery by 5 pm.

• Select Wire Out bouquet price and delivery charges for orders delivered outside our delivery area.   Wire Out Bouquet price is listed in the product price window on the each product description page.   Local Delivery and WireOut/Relay Charge is listed in the Delivery Charges window on the Order form.

Funeral Orders

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day as long as there is a four (4) hour window before the time of service.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM, in the recipient's time zone can be delivered anytime the following day (including morning services).
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, in the recipient's time zone can be delivered after 12 noon the following day.
• Any orders placed on Saturday will be delivered the following Monday after 12 noon.
• Special attention will be given to your funeral order to ensure it is delivered before the service.

Holiday Orders
Since holidays are busy times at Judy's, it pays to place your order early. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed. Valentine's Day is a holiday, where all deliveries are made on a single day. Orders must be placed in advance!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability.
General Orders: Next Business Day

• International deliveries can be made the next business day when you place your order by 5:00 PM EST.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday can be delivered the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Saturday or anytime on Sunday can be delivered the following Tuesday.

Non-Delivery Days
Please remember time zone differences when ordering. Sunday is a non delivery day, orders received after 2 PM Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
