How to Order, Use Shopping Cart, & Process Your Order.

To ensure that sensitive payment information gets securely from the customer to the store owner, we implement the following process.

  • Shopping Cart:  Product pricing choices are listed in the drop down menu, select item you wish to order, click "add".  A pop-up window will appear to confirm addition of item to the shopping cart. Order subtotal runs at the top of the menu page.  At any time, select "View Cart" to see a detailed view or edit the contents of your shopping cart.

  • Place Order: View or Complete your order by clicking "View Cart or Check Out" link at the top of menu page. Fill out order form, select delivery date and delivery location, review all information, provide your payment information.  (Correct E-mail address is required in order to receive e-mail receipt.)  NO sensitive information is sent via e-mail.

  • View Order:  You will be directed to view your order, you may choose to print this page for your records or wait for your e-mail receipt which contains an order referral number.  Refer to this number if you have any questions regarding your order.

  • Provide Payment Information:  Select credit card type, fill in number & expiration date. (We accept House Account payments.) 

  • Order Notification:  The site owner is notified and views the order on our secure server, where the sensitive information is kept.  The site owner records the information and processes the order and schedules delivery.

  • Security Information:  To verify you are on a secure order page, look for the padlock or key in the bottom right hand corner of page.  All information is collected securely and is kept confidential. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Orders must be received by 1 pm for same day deliveries.  Requests for specific delivery times may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed.
